Eric Dallies is a Senior R&D Leader at OCF (Original Composites & Fiberglass), where he leads innovation efforts aimed at delivering a step change in sustainability and advancing true circularity in composite materials.

With more than 35 years of experience in the glass fiber and composites industry, he has contributed across a wide range of applications and functions, driven by a passion for developing materials, processes, and technologies. Today, his work focuses on enabling the recovery and reuse of glass fibers, transforming them into a viable raw material for new production.

Through this work, he is helping to pioneer the Sustaina® Loop product line, integrating recycled content into the next generation of composite solutions.
